Hoopi Live — Privacy Policy

Hoopi Live has no account, no server and no analytics. There is nothing to sign in to, and your recordings never leave your device unless you share them yourself.
1. No account, no cloud
Hoopi Live does not ask you to sign in and has no servers of its own. Your takes, mixes, scenes, amp models and videos are stored only in the app on your device. We cannot see them, because they are never sent anywhere.
2. Microphone and audio input
The app records from the audio interface or microphone you choose, because that is what it is for. Audio is written to your device as a take. It is not transmitted to us or to anybody else.
3. Camera and photos
If you make a video of a performance, the app can film with the camera or use a video you already shot, and save the finished video to your photo library. All of it happens on your device. The app asks before it touches your library.
4. Your local network
The app looks for Hoopi rigs and pedals on the Wi-Fi you are connected to, so one device can control another. This stays on your own network: nothing about it is sent to us, and the devices must approve each other before anything is shared.
5. Bluetooth
The app connects to a Bluetooth footswitch so you can start a take or change a scene with your foot. It is used for that and nothing else, and no location data is collected.
6. Purchases
Hoopi Live Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google handle the payment entirely; we never receive your card details and we do not keep a record of who bought it beyond what the store itself tells the app.
7. Analytics and advertising
There are none. No analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no tracking identifiers, no third-party telemetry of any kind.
8. Children
Hoopi Live is not directed to children under 13, and because it collects nothing, it collects nothing from them either.
9. Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes everything it holds. There is no account to close and nothing of yours on our side to erase. Export anything you want to keep first, because an uninstall takes your takes with it.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its effective date.
